Exective Director

Christine Sinclair

Chris was appointed by our board on January 19, 2016.  Her corporate experience in the banking and data services industries gives her the solid foundation she needs to lead our organization.  Besides that, she has extensive volunteer experience with various non-profits in the Berks County area.  She accepted a protege with M4BY in 2014 and has expressed a sincere and earnest passion for the work M4BY does with high school and college students.  She recently earned her MBA from Alvernia University with a keen desire to move into non-profit leadership.  Since her appointment she has demonstrated that she is well prepared to serve as our Executive Director and to help us grow and develop into an agent of change in Berks County and beyond.

Chair

Dale Wilkins was appointed as Chair in July 2017.  He has been serving as Chair for our Core Programs, Activities in recent years with enthusiasm and great attention to detail.  He is General Manager for a Sav A Lot in Reading and is admired by many of his associates.

Vice Chair

Stephanie DeLillo, an insurance agent at MGS Insurance Agency joined our board in September 2016.  She has demonstrated her passion and commitment to the mission throughout the year and was appointed as Vice Chair in July 2017.

Treasurer

Lisa Konopelski joined our board in May 2016.  She was appointed as Treasurer in July 2016.  Lisa has an extensive background in finance and currently works in that capacity for UGI Utilities of Reading, PA.  Since joining our team, she has demonstrated a passion for our mission and has contributed to building our financial sustainability.

Marco has served on our board for a number of years and served previously as Chair.  His passion for the work of mentoring is plainly seen in all that he does for our organization.

Linda Welford  -  A Mathematics teacher in the Reading school District, Linda became a part of our board in May 2015 and served as Chair from August 2015 until June 2017.  Besides her work with M4BY, she also serves as Deacon and Stephen Ministry Leader at her church, helping individuals find success in the midst of crisis.
